The president of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud denied a report by UN claiming that one of the aides hands over weapons to Alshabaab.
The president told REUTERS that there is no close aide of his who involved in such a crime. He also denied that the accused man in the UN's report is his aide. The report said Muse Haji Mohamed Ganja is an aide of the president who does business and gives weapons to Alshabaab. The president also told France 24 that the role of the UN should be the ensuring of the governance system and not a blame game.
