Angola's Election to Non Permanent UNSC Member Pleases FMJD

Luanda — The representative of the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY), the Mozambican Dalfino Guila, expressed Friday in Luanda his satisfaction at the election, last Thursday, of the Republic of Angola to non-permanent member of the Security Council (SC) of the United Nations.

The official, who expressed this sentiment on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the 7th Ordinary Congress of the JMPLA, the youth wing of the ruling MPLA party, held on 16th and 17th of this month, noted that Angola's candidacy to the post had the support of the African Union.
