Morocco: Adala UK Urges EU to Hold Morocco to Account for Human Rights Abuses

London — The UK-based non-governmental organization, Adala, has called upon the European Union (EU) to hold the Kingdom of Morocco to account for its human rights violations against the Saharawi people.

In a letter addressed to the 73 British MEP, Adala UK urged the MEP to use their influence to make known the issue of human rights violations that occur on a daily basis in occupied Western Sahara and to ensure that the EU holds its economic and political partner, the Kingdom of Morocco, to account for these.
