The sacked acting governor of Adamawa State Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has absolved his administration of allegations of fraud adding that it was a media propaganda launched against his administration.
Fintiri said that when he assumed leadership of the state, the financial position of the state was in a bad shape saying the state was heading to a total collapse due to high level of indebtedness. He added that he had to put measures in place to prevent the imminent collapse of the state's economy.
