Gambia, Russia Strengthen Relations - As New Russian Diplomat Presents Credentials

The relations between the Republic of The Gambia and the Russian Federation is considered strengthened after latter's newly appointed ambassador extra-ordinary and plenipotentiary got his letters of credence accepted by the President Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya Jammeh Babili Mansa.

Speaking to the State House press corps shortly after meeting President Jammeh on Tuesday behind closed doors, His Excellency Sergey Kryukov, said they discussed various issues bordering on the present state of Gambia-Russia bilateral relations.
