A 13 member Committee set up by the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) to review a document prepared by Quatum Terminals Limited, an Oil Marketing Company, on Inter-Parties Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and Condensate evacuation framework, presented its report in Accra today.
The chairman of the committee, who is also a lecturer at the school of Nuclear and Allied Sciences, University of Ghana, Professor Cyril Schandorf, said the document lack key information like Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Evaluation, information on the allocation of resources and the company's emergency response plan.
