Nigeria: External Reserves Hit By Falling Crude Oil Prices

The accretion of Nigeria's external reserves has been affected by the slide in crude oil prices.

THISDAY findings on Monday showed that the foreign reserves, which have been declining gradually since last month, have shed a total of $601 million to $39.003 billion on October 24, from the $39.604 billion as at September 23, according to figures provided by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
