Africa: Senegalese Ambassador Hails President Bouteflika's Perceptiveness, Awareness of Stakes Facing Africa

Algiers — The new ambassador of Senegal to Algeria Papa Omar Ndiaye hailed Monday in Algiers the perceptiveness of President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika and his awareness of the stakes facing Africa.

"During these talks which were held in a friendly atmosphere, I could appreciate all the perceptiveness of Bouteflika and his full awareness of the stakes which are facing Africa and Africans," said Ndiaye at the end of the audience granted to him by President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
