SUBSTANTIAL investments are needed to revamp the railway network and reduce the cost of doing business, the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) top official said.
The TPSF Executive Director, Mr Godfrey Simbeye, said in Dar es Salaam that active involvement of the private sector was vital in complementing the government efforts to make the railway system efficient means of facilitating trade.
