Tanzanian police made a number of arrests Sunday (November 2nd) after violence flared at a forum to discuss the country's new draft constitution, Tanzania's Daily News reported.
The incident began when a group of young people carrying placards chanted name of the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi party as soon as former Constitutional Review Commission chairman Joseph Warioba started to speak at the forum.
