Nigeria: Doam Foundation Donates Sick-Bays to Two Schools

WITH consideration that children spend a substantial part of their lives in schools and are likely to be exposed to a variety of environmental, physical and emotional hazards as well as physical injuries or infections, a non-governmental organisation, Daniel Ogechi Akujobi Memorial (DOAM) Foundation, has donated series of sick-bay facilities to select schools in Lagos.

Through the School Health Programme of the foundation tagged, "Health is Wealth", a number of public schools have benefitted from humanitarian gestures targeted at ensuring adequate and safe learning environment for the Nigerian child.
