Kenya: KPA to Host Major Ports Conference in Kwale Next Week

Many African ports have not fully realised their potential due to poor hinterland infrastructure, including roads and railway networks, Kenya Ports Authority managing director Gichiri Ndua has said.

He said this, coupled with the fact that many African countries are landlocked, constrains the growth of the economies of the African port countries.
