Luanda — The number of road accidents has become a threat to public security considering the proportion it is taking, said last Thursday, in Luanda, the secretary of State for Construction, Euclides de Carvalho.
The statement was made during the opening act of the first international seminar on "Security and road mobility", which took place under the motto "Solutions for a more friendly road".
