Liberia: LACC to Pursue Accused Persons Within 90 Days, Unless...

The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) has said it will institute lawsuit against those it has forwarded to the Ministry of Justice for prosecution if the ministry fails to do so within 90 days.

The Commission's statement comes in the wake of a recent list of over 10 government officials it submitted to the ministry for prosecution for alleged involvement in corruption.
