Ibadan — As the political parties' primaries draw nearer, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ife zone of State of Osun, Jacob Olufemi Olawumi, has cautioned the party leadership not to involve the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, in picking candidates for the party.
Olawumi, an aspirant into the state House of Assembly from the zone, said the call became imperative in view of the revered position of Oba Sijuwade, not only in the South-West, but in the whole country.
