The chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), Eze Duruiheoma, has said that their current office location may impede the quality of the proposed 2016 census exercise.
Duruiheoma said this when he led commissioners of the Commission on an inspection of on-going work at the commission's proposed headquarters in Abuja.
