Kenya: The Stripping of Women Indicates Deep-Rooted Gender Inequality - Africa Unite Kenya Ambassador

The stripping of women in Nairobi is an indication of "deep-rooted gender inequality" and is all about "power, control, patriarchy and impunity", Africa Unite Kenya Ambassador has said.

"At the root of this criminal behavior are men who believe that they have a right to be in control over women and or their resource even if it requires any amount and form of violence," Ann Njogu said in a statement on Friday
