Culture Minister Gaber Asfour and his South Sudanese counterpart Nadia Arop Dudi inked a cultural cooperation document.
The memorandum of understanding included several aspects of cooperation topped by delegating specialized experts and cultural leaders from Egypt to South Sudan to put the items of the agreement into force.
