Luanda — The Finance minister, Armando Manuel, last Friday in Luanda said that the budgetary expenses for 2015, which aim at the implementation of development programmes at the level of the provinces, will record a growth of 84 per cent, compared to 2014.
The minister gave this information to MPs in the ambit of the discussion of the 2015 State Budget Draft with the representatives of local administration organs.
