Africa — MALABO (Equatorial Guinea)- The meeting of Foreign Affairs Ministers preceding the second Africa-Turkey Summit opened Thursday in Malabo (Equatorial Guinea) with the participation of representatives of the African Union (AU) and development partners.
The ministerial meeting is devoted to the examination of files prepared the day before, including the Summit's agenda, the draft declaration of Malabo and the implementation plan of the 2015-2018 Africa-Turkey partnership, according to the programme given by the organizers.
