Egypt Chairs Euro-Asian Exchanges Union After Turkey's Presidency for 19 Years

Egyptian Stock Exchange chairman Dr. Mohamed Omran was elected as head of Euro-Asian Exchanges Union after Turkey chaired it for 19 consecutive years since it was established in 1995.

In a press release on Sunday 23/11/2014, the Egyptian bourse said Omran was unanimously elected during the meetings of the general assembly of the Euro-Asian Exchanges Union held in Zagreb, Croatia on November 19-21.
