Namibia: Anticipation High for Today's Ruling On Elections

Windhoek — Judge Kobus Miller will today at 10:00 deliver his judgement on whether or not to postpone the elections, as sought by four applicants who are led by lay litigant August Maletzky, who is also the first applicant in the matter.

Judge Miller yesterday informed a packed high court that he would have liked more time to study the arguments advanced, but as it is a matter of urgency he would give his ruling today.
