Nigeria: Aliyu Flags Off Construction of 176km Roads

Minna — Niger State Governor, Dr. Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu, on Monday flagged off the construction of 176 kilometres of rural roads under the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP) with an assurance that the projects will be completed within the life span of his administration.

The Governor who said the road projects cover the three senatorial zones of the state which include Wuya Suman-Lemu (36.9km), Mokwa-Jaagi Kudu-Mokwa LGA (45.2km), and Sulu junction - Tafa-Gurara LGA (6.6km). Others are Suleja-Abuchi-Izom-Suleja LGA (21.0), Wawa-Malale road - Borgu Local Government Council (21.0km), Fauna-Tunga Jika-Shafin-Magama LGa (36.6) and Sabon Wuse-IJA Gwari - Gbako LGA.
