Liberia: Dr. Fahnbulleh to Address LIPA's Certification Exercise of Senior BIN, DEA Officers

With the deadly Ebola outbreak in West Africa reaching the highest record of over 4,000 deaths, where Liberia has the highest death toll of over 2,000, the management of the security of the State remains paramount, with drugs control, immigration and the patrol of the country's very porous borders of priority concern.

The United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) whose goals are to promote the rule of law and stability in the country, has sponsored a 10-week training for 49 senior officers of the Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization (BIN) and the Drugs Enforcement Agency (DEA), which is due to end this Friday.
