Nigeria: Scores Killed in Kano Central Mosque Blasts

Kano — Scores of worshipers, including children, were killed at the Kano Central Mosque yesterday when multiple bombs exploded during Juma'at prayers, Weekly Trust gathered.

Witnesses said the first bomb, which was concealed in a car, exploded at about 2.pm when the imam commenced the prayer. It was closely followed by two other explosions from bombs strategically planted around.
