Nigeria: Democracy Can't Be Sustained Without Rule of Law - Utuama

Delta State Deputy Governor, Amos Utuama, has said the nation's democracy cannot be sustained or entrenched without the rule of law taking a very deep root in governance.

Utuama stated this while playing host to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Ndah Auta, during a courtesy call at his residence, in Asaba, Delta State.
