Kano State governor and presidential aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso, yesterday, returned his completed nomination form to the party's national secretariat in Abuja, expressing optimism that he would emerge the party's standard bearer.
Briefing newsmen at the event, Kwankwaso said that President Goodluck Jonathan does not deserve a second term as a result of the state of the nation.
