Port Harcourt, Calabar, Lokoja — Rivers State Commissioner for Health, Dr Sampson Parker, has said that HIV/AIDS prevalence rate in the state had been reduced to about 3.1 per cent.
Parker, in a broadcast to mark this year's World AIDS Day, said the feat was achieved through several control measures adopted by the state government.
