Egypt: Supreme Adm. Court Rejects Challenge to Presidential Election Law

The Supreme Administrative Court, headed by Judge Abdel Fattah Abu El-Leil, rejected the appeal filed by lawyer Khalid Bedier Abd El-Salam, of the invalidity of the presidential election law.

Bedier in his challenge, which carry No. 26514 of, called for considering invalid the current presidential elections, and the need to modify it, and sending it to the Supreme Constitutional Court.
