Gambia: Triple-D Foundation Engages Students and Teachers On Peace-Building, Gender-Based Violence

Triple-D Foundation recently held a weeklong engagement on HIV, gender-based violence, drug abuse and peace-building, targetingstudents and teachers from ten schools in the Kanifing Municipal Council, through "The Youth Dialogues of Peace Project" at a programme held at Tango Conference Hall.

Dr Lawrence Owoyemi, director of Triple-D Foundation, gave a brief background of the foundation, saying it aims at supporting young people, especially school-going children, who are the leaders of tomorrow.
