Nigeria: Port Harcourt Club Plans New Club House

The total overhaul of the club house of Port Harcourt Club 1928 Golf Section clubhouse has been mooted as one of the steps that will reposition the club as one of the leading golf destinations in the country.

Though Port Harcourt Club is famed as one of the oldest in the country and one of the venues preferred by sponsors for tournaments and business networking, its club house obviously needs remodelling to meet the aspiration of stakeholders. A new club house will ensure the provision of new locker room, committee room, administrative offices, restaurants, Captain's office, bar, VIP Guest room and other associated amenities which have currently aged or in need of modernisation as it concerns Port Harcourt.
