NIGERIAN billionaire and philanthropist, Mr Tony Elumelu, launched a US $100 million Pan-African initiative to groom budding entrepreneurs across the continent and further advance his africapitalism philosophy that seeks to ultimately place Africa's development in the hands of Africans.
The initiative launched in Lagos, Nigeria last week seeks to identify and help grow an initial 10,000 start ups and young businesses from across Africa over the next 10 years, targeting the creation of one million new jobs and a US$ 10 billion in annual revenue.
