Abuja — The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has disclosed that over 50 percent of electricity customers are still without meters, one year after the power sector was handed over to the private sector.
Worried by this, NERC has embarked on a public consultation and fact finding mission on the Credited Advance Payment for Metering Implementation (CAPMI) scheme.
