Benin — The Federal Government is disturbed by the poor results recorded in the last Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) conducted by the West African Examination Council (WAEC), Minister of Education, Ibrahim Shekarau, has said.
Shekarau, who disclosed this on Saturday at the 22nd convocation of the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, said the government is working out modalities for regular training and retraining of teachers through various short-term courses, workshops and seminars to redeem the situation.
