Pat Okedinachi Utomi, a Professor of Political Economy in a chat with journalists at his Victoria Island Office called for diligent and responsible regulation of the business environment in Nigeria. Making particular reference to Naira devaluation and the Consumer Protection Council's (CPC's) N100 million claim on Coca Cola company over alleged breach of consumer rights, Utomi told MARCEL MBAMALU that government and its agencies are yet to understand the true meaning of regulation.
