A newcomer may be forced to believe that the Tafawa Balewa Square in Onikan Lagos is always boisterous every Friday night. The long train of hawkers beckoning to the teeming crowd to buy their wares, the stream of buses and taxis parked in every nook and cranny of the area, seemingly add to the bustling activities of the night.
