Nigeria: Insurgency - Delta Evacuates 73 Students From Adamawa Schools

In line with its commitment to the welfare of Deltans anywhere in the globe, Delta State government has evacuated 73 students from various higher institutions in Adamawa State as a result of the Boko Haram insurgency.

Addressing the students shortly after their arrival in Asaba yesterday, the commissioner, Bureau for Special Duties, Pastor Powell Ojogho, thanked God for their safety, adding that arrangements were being made by the state government through the Ministry of Higher Education to absorb the students into higher institutions in the state.
