Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) President Leodegar Tenga has expressed his dismay over the body's failure to stage this year's Senior Challenge Cup and called for a cost-effective tournament in the future.
Tenga confirmed that the annual championship would not be held because of failing to secure a host who would be able to fund the event by hosting 12 teams in one place.
