Tunisia: Marzouki Decides to Challenge Constitutionality of Some Finance Law Articles

Tunis — Incumbent President Moncef Marzouki decided to challenge the constitutionality of some articles of the 2015 finance draft law.

According to a news release of the Presidency of the Republic made public, Monday, this decision was made in reference to articles 41, 49 and 66 of the Constitution on property rights, rights and liberties and the State resources and expenses, respectively.
