Somalia: Somali Piracy Suspects in Seychelles Get Appeal From Verdict

The high court of Seychelles said four defendants were allowed to get appeal on their cases which involved piracy activities.

Two of them appealed from 21 years jail term; the third one appealed from 14 years jail term. The trio were among 25 Somali sea piracy suspects. Those piracy suspects were captured off the coastal water of the Horn of Africa region by soldiers who were on board a vessel called Danish Naval Vessel which is registered in Holland in January 2012.
