Central Africa: Regional Stability Deemed Crucial for Development

Luanda — Political stability in the Great Lakes Region is paramount for the attraction of private investment for the development and growth which the African continent strives so much for, said last Thursday, in Luanda, the secretary of State for Co-operation, Ângela Bragança.

Ângela Bragança, who was speaking at the closing ceremony of the Regional Consultation Conference on Private Investment Opportunities in the Great Lakes Region, said that the discussion that was held throughout the two days of the event will enable to enrich the Investment Opportunities Brief (IOB), a base document that is to be submitted to the analysis of the governments, entrepreneurial associations and chambers of commerce and industry.
