Maputo — Mozambican President Armando Guebuza on Friday urged Mozambican communities living abroad to act as “informal diplomats”, and to place national unity, peace and self-esteem at the centre of their actions.
He was speaking in Maputo at the traditional end-of-year meeting between the President and representatives of the communities in the diaspora.
