Nigeria: 47 Displaced Persons Test Positive to Hepatitis in Plateau

Jos — Stephanos Foundation, a Jos based non governmental organisation, has disclosed that a total of 47 Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) have tested positive to hepatitis in Plateau State and are in need of urgent treatment.

Mark Lipdo, Coordinator, Stephanos Foundation on IDP, told newsmen in Jos that IDPs camp was opened in Jos to displaced families from North East on the 1st November 1, 2014 at the Zang Secondary Commercial School, Bukuru, Jos South Local Government Council.
