Angola: Cabinda - PGR Legalizes More Than 1000 Imprisonments

Cabinda — The Angolan Attorney General Office (PGR) in the northern Cabinda province legalized at least 1.286 imprisonments resulting from criminal proceedings produced in the year 2014, said on Monday in this city, the under Attorney General of the Republic, António Nito.

The magistrate, who was speaking at the yearend ceremony of the institution, said that in this period it was submitted to the provincial court about 837 criminal proceedings, being 267 of indictment, 105 proceedings of correctional police and 465 summary procedures.
