Uíge — At least 6.515 tons of coffee were collected in 2014 by farmers of the northern Uíge province, more 365 in relation to the expectation of the development plan for this year harvest season.
Speaking at the yearend greetings ceremony, the provincial governor of Uíge, Paulo Pombolo, said that the prospect of trading coffee starts to cheer up the producers, fruit of various meeting held under the Provincial Forum on Business Opportunities and meetings with entrepreneurs.
