Nigeria: Return to Work, Health Workers Urged

Osogbo — The chairman, governing board of Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital ABUTH, Zaria, Chief Shuaib Oyedokun has appealed to the striking health workers in the country to call off their nationwide strike in the interest of all Nigerians.

Rising from its 91st meeting, the board charged the striking workers to rescind their stand on the on-going strike as a way of reciprocating President Goodluck Jonathan's reforming step in ordering holistic review of the entire health sector and meeting the demands of the striking workers.
