President John Mahama last Thursday held brief discussions with the Federative Republic of Brazil, H.E. Dilma Rousseff. This was shortly after her swearing in for a second four-year term on January 01, 2015.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Heads of State from various African and Latin American countries including Guinea Bissau, Portugal, Venezuela, Uruguay, Chile, Costa Rica among others. Other delegations including the United States of America were led by their Vice President, while others were represented by Prime Ministers, Deputy Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers.
