Nigeria: Educationist Calls for Effective Supervision, Monitoring in Schools

TO ensure standard is achieved and sustained in all Nigerian schools, Chief Executive Officer of Rockcleft School, Surulere, Mrs. Titilayo Odutola, has urged Education Ministries and Supervising Agencies across the country to beef up monitoring and inspection exercises in schools as a way of improving the system.

Embarking on a routine check of schools' activities by the authorised agencies, she said, would spur teachers and school managers to excellence, thereby improving students performance in both internal and external examination.
