Safaricom has today announced a new bundled roaming offer which will enable the network's subscribers to make calls and send SMSes at reduced rates while also enjoying cheaper data services.
The announcement follows the successful negotiations with its global network of partners and regional governments, Safaricom has announced significant reductions in roaming rates for its subscribers.
