Tanzania: Warioba On EAC Burundi Elections Observer Team

Arusha — FORMER Prime Minister, Justice Joseph Warioba, is among officials who will make up a team of East African Community observers of the Burundi general elections to be held between May and June, this year.

Judge Warioba was the prime minister of Tanzania between 1985 and 1990, serving concurrently as the country's first vice-president. He was once a judge on the East African Court of Justice and recently served as chairman of the Tanzania's Constitutional Review Commission.
